I've heard such horror stories about navigating the New York market, and I'm happy to say that Ellen ensured that our search was a smooth one. We initially liked the first apartment she showed us, but changed our minds the next day. After explaining to Ellen what we wanted, she promptly got back to us with options that fit our requirements. Never did she push a place we weren't comfortable with, which happens at times with other agents. When we came across buildings she wasn't responsible for, she quickly found a connection and got us a showing. I've worked with quite a few agents in the past and Ellen is, without a doubt, the best I've come across. Professionalism: A+ Communication: A+ Easy to work with: A+
